• An unboxing video is mandatory, recorded from the moment the package is opened.

• The video must clearly show the product condition.

• Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Without an unboxing video, return or exchange requests will not be accepted.

HÉMORA reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
