Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange / Refund
You may request a return, exchange, or refund if:

You received a defective item

You have a size issue

The product is not as ordered
Important Requirement:
An unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:

Be recorded from start to finish

Clearly show the sealed package being opened

Show the product and issue clearly
Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process your request.
2. Time Limit to Raise Request
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3. Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible:

Product must be unused

Product must be unwashed

All original tags must be intact

Product must be returned in original packaging

Product must be in “as-it-is” condition
We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet these conditions.
4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Exchange will be done after receiving the product.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer:

Alternative product

Hémora Privilege Points (store credit)

Refund (as applicable)

Shipping charges for exchange may apply.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only after:

The returned product is received and inspected

The claim is verified
If approved:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refund will be made to the original payment method
Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the mistake is from our side).

We are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit. We recommend using trackable courier service.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Used or washed products

Products returned without tags

Products damaged after delivery

Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
